Update Tuesday Night: There seems to be a problem logging into the breakout sessions from some government zoom accounts. The reasons are unclear. In that case it seems to be best to quickly create a personal zoom account.
Zoom links will be published in the agenda.
All passwords are provided via email to all attendees. If you cannot find the email, please contact MarcusNoack@lbl.gov.
The login information on the website for the webinars is only for attendees. Keynote speakers should follow the instructions they received directly from Zoom. For all other sessions, the login information for speakers, chairs, and attendees is the same, everyone should log in through the links on the website.
Please mind the following best practices for Zoom meetings:
All attendees are encouraged to download the latest version of Zoom to avoid any technical problems. For instance, freely switching breakout sessions is only possible with an account and the zoom app. See https://zoom.lbl.gov/frequently-asked-questions
